I'm just wondering if the car photographed is the photographer's. If it isn't i don't think we should display the liscence plate. Thanks

No, it's not my car. But I don't see anything wrong in displaying the license plate. In American law, there is no reasonable expectation of privacy in things like license plates which are exposed to the public. I agree, that's terrible. Just blur the license plate - this is an iffy situation legally.
