The French 3rd Light Mechanized Division was a French Army formation during World War II.

During the Battle of France in May 1940 the division contained the following units:

  • 5 Light Mechanized Brigade
  • 6 Light Mechanized Brigade
  • 76 Artillery Regiment

It was an active division which existed during peacetime.
