Fremantle Hospital (32°3′30″S, 115°45′4″E) is a 24 hour acute-care public teaching hospital situated in central Fremantle, Western Australia, south of Perth.

Fremantle Hospital and Health Service provides 450 beds across all campuses, including a 66 bed psychiatric and psychogeriatric service.

The main facility of Fremantle hospital looks out over the nearby fishing boat harbour, the Port of Fremantle and the Indian Ocean.

The hospital is also within walking distance of the old Fremantle markets and Fremantle Oval, home of the Fremantle Dockers.
