Freienwil is a municipality in the district of Baden, in the Canton of Aargau, Switzerland. The village lies in the eastern edge of the Siggenbergs in a valley between the Limmat and the Surb valleys. The Rickenback is the main stream. The commune has a kindergarten school, primary, a middle and a secondary school. The secondary school is in Lengnau and the district school is in Endingen.
