The Free Party was a frivolous political party in the United Kingdom. They were founded to promote the free party scene during the 2001 UK general election. They stood candidates Brighton and Hove in each of the Brighton and Hove constituencies and won a total of 832 votes. They proposed to select their policies from a wheel of fortune.

The party is no longer registered with the Electoral Commission and have not contested any elections since.
