Fredrik Lundberg

Fredrik Lundberg (1952-) runs publicly traded L.E. Lundbergforetagen AB, of which he has a 67% stake, which controls a number of companies, such as; Fastighets AB LE Lundberg (real estate), Hufvudstaden (real estate), Holmen (paper), Cardo (industry) , NCC (construction), Svenska Handelsbanken (bank), Industrivärden (public investment company) and Indutrade (industry).

The company was founded by his father in 1944 as a construction outfit, but has since evolved into a property management and investment group. Real estate accounts for an estimated 70% of sales, or 50% of portfolio value.

Fredrik Lundberg enjoys hunting and curling (he was a one-time junior world champion); sits on board of Stockholm School of Economics, along with fellow Swedish billionaire Stefan Persson. He is also a supporter of IFK Norrköping and has financially supported their endeavours to return to Allsvenskan.
