Frederick Treves (actor)

Frederick Treves is an established English actor with an extensive repertoir. He was born on 29 March 1925 in Margate, Kent, England.
His over a hundred television credits include roles in The Cazalets, The Jewel in the Crown, A Dance to the Music of Time, The Naked Civil Servant, and The Railway Children. Treves has also guested in many continuing dramas, such as The Bill, Silent Witness, Kavanagh QC, Yes, Prime Minister, Z Cars, Doomwatch and in the Doctor Who story Meglos.
As well as some screen appearances, he also has had a wide stage career, and appeared with the National Theatre.
