Frederick Thomas Fisher, (3 June 1872, England- ??) was a United States Navy Gunner's Mate awarded the Congressional Medal of Honor for "distinguishing himself in the prescence of the enemy", aboard U.S.S. Philadelphia during the Spanish-American War on 1 April 1899. His medal was rewarded him by President Theodore Roosevelt
