Frederick Oxby

Frederick Oxby (born February 6, 1987 in London) is an actor most famous for playing "Young Robert" in the film A Dog Of Flanders (1999).

He used to be part of a musical band called Ducttape, playing bass and singing, in Belgium, the band split up, and he now is studying Philosophy and History (that he has quoted as "witchcraft") at Sheffield University.
