Frederick Ma Si-hang (馬時亨) is currently the Secretary of Financial Services and Treasury of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. He is a member of the Executive Council of Hong Kong. He was appointed to his current position in July, 2002.
Ma was previously Group Chief Financial Officer of PCCW Limited and before then a private banker with JP Morgan Private Bank, part of JP Morgan Chase.
