Fred Jackson (born February 20, 1981 in Forth Worth, Texas) is a running back for the Buffalo Bills of the NFL.

Fred Jackson played his college football at Coe College, a Division III school near Cedar Falls, Iowa. He was named to five All-American teams in 2002, rushing for 1,702 yards and 29 touchdowns.

Jackson played two seasons for the Sioux City Bandits in the United Indoor Football League. He was named the 2005 UIF MVP in 2005 as he ran for 1,770 yards and 40 touchdowns.
