Fred Biletnikoff Award

The Fred Biletnikoff Award has been presented since 1994 to the nation's top college football wide receiver by the Tallahassee Quarterback Club. It is named in honor of Fred Biletnikoff, who starred at Tech Memorial High School in Western Pennsylvania, then Florida State University before going on to a Hall of Fame career with the Oakland Raiders.
