Thanks for your message. I think that it is a matter of opinion whether her role in the SWP and in working with Trotsky are as important as her development of Marxism-Humanism. As a result, I would rather play safe and mention several key points in the introduction. It's also important not to copy text directly from other sources, such as [1]. I can't find anything conclusive on her split with Trotsky, but stating it was "at the time of the Hitler-Stalin pact" sounds like rather an irrelevance, unless she split over Trotsky's approach to it.
