Can anyone find the details on his medical deferment for the WWII draft that led to his "Flatfoot Frankie" nickname? I found severals references but no specifics other than his deferment being medical. The great nickname definitely needs to be incorporated into the article though, just having difficulty figuring how where it fits best.--Roswell native 03:43, 16 December 2006 (UTC)
