[edit] Synopsis
Harrison Ford plays Dr. Richard Walker, a man visiting Paris with his wife to attend a medical conference. While Walker is taking a shower, his wife mysteriously disappears from their hotel room, leaving few clues behind. Walker contacts various authorities to help him locate her, but their bureaucratic methods produce few results. As he takes the law into his own hands, he encounters cocaine dealers, a murder scene, and a drug-addicted waif, who proves to be of help.
The movie was filmed entirely in France, where the story takes place.
