Fransa-Pax FC is an Indian club football team based in Goa. It is currently playing in the 10th ONGC National Football League. They play their home matches at the Jawaharlal Nehru-Fatorda stadium in Margao, Goa.

The team was founded as Pax of Nagoa, and then changed its name to Fransa FC. In 2005, the team again changed its name to Fransa-Pax FC. Currently, the team is a developing side and is considered a long shot to finish in the top of the league table, let alone win the championship. During the 11th NFL, Fransa Pax disbanded their team after a dispute with the AIFF over ofciating problems. They only played nine games in season.
