Frankie Silvestri (b. April 27, 1981) is a former student of the University of Florida arrested for the murder of Premal Dagly. Daniel Pistorino was arrested as an accomplice. Silvestri attended Jesuit High School in Tampa, FL and was arrested in Orlando, FL.

On October 27th, 2005, Silvestri and Michael Mishoe attempted and failed to escape from a maximum security cell through the ceiling at the Alachua County Jail.[1]
