Frankenstein grew from a heart that was bought to Japan from Germany and was mutated by the Atomic bomb. 15 years after that, a boy was seen living in the streets feeding on animals. Two doctors named Sueko Togami and James Bowen see the child, but he runs away. Then he hides in a cave and scares away people. The doctors come to the child and take him to the lab to take care and study him. Frankenstein starts growing quickly and soon becomes much bigger than an average human. A doctor called Kawai tries to cut off one of Frankenstein's body parts, but TV news reporters come in. Frankenstein escapes and one of his hands get cut off while he was escaping. The kaijin sees Sueko one more time and goes away from Hiroshima. He goes to Okayama and people find out that Frankenstein is as tall as four people. At Himeji, Frakenstein eats the livestock animals and then attacks a cruise ship. Then the doctors see a dead hand and know that the kaijin is Frakenstein's Monster. The JSDF tries to hunt him down, but he escapes from them twice. Kawaji still wants a part of Frankenstein's body, so he goes after the kaijin with two others. But an explosive explodes and Baragon comes up from underground and attacks the doctors. Frankenstein comes to save him and fights Baragon.
