Frank Nuccio was the owner of a small online league Domain of Games that was acquired by the Cyberathlete Professional League and then relaunched as the Cyberathlete Amateur League. He served as commissioner of the CPL for nearly four years.

He gave up his position as commissioner in June 2004 to focus on his family's pizza business.
