Frank Nagai

Frank Nagai (フランク永井, March 18, 1932 in Miyagi Prefecture, Japan - ) was a Japanese singer. Known for an attractive low tone voice. His real name is Kiyoto Nagai(永井清人).

He did a major debut in 1954. composer Tadashi Yoshida found him. He had many hit songs Yurakucho De Aimasyo. Tokyo Night Club and so on. He became a very famous singer in Japan. and He found out Kazuko Matsuo ,a famous female singer in after years. she was a important partner of his duets.

His singer activity was favorable, but he caused an attempted suicide in October 21, 1985. He was hanging himself.The cause of attempted suicide is a child whom his lover bore.

He escaped from death. but he left an obstacle in his brain. He cannot return.
