Frank Locascio

Frank Locascio was the consigliere of the Gambino Family in the Mafia under John Gotti. He was convicted of several crimes and received a life sentence.

Frank (Frankie Loc) Locascio was a bookmaker and loanshark who served as acting underboss and later acting consigliere for John Gotti in the Gambino Mafia Family. Locascio was a Bronx Capo who joined Gotti's inner circle after the assaniation of Paul Costellano and was selected to serve in Gotti's administration due to the absence of imprisoned Underboss Joseph (Joe Piney) Armone. In 1992, Gotti, Locascio, Sammy Gravano, and Tommy Gambino were indicted on a RICO charge. Gambino was severed and Gravano testified against Gotti and LoCascio. Gotti and Locascio received life without parole. Locascio is currently imprisoned at the federal prison in Terre Haute, Indiana.
