Frank Lee Sprague was born in Wichita Falls, Texas. He is a recording artist and composer.

Sprague's parents named him after Frank Sinatra. His parents exposed him to a variety of music during his youth. His father was a trumpet player for swing bands while his mother favored classical music.

Sprague has over 1000 works, many for guitar. He released an album "Merseybeat" in 2004 consisting of all new and original "Merseybeat" songs on Wichita Falls Records. The sequel "CAVERN" was released in 2005 with more new "Merseybeat" songs.

Sprague's compositions "Symphonic Poem" and "Piano Quartet" are located on his website as free downloads. He calls his style of music "Pirate Music", which features compositions based on historical events having to due with piracy.
