Frank Gilbert Slinkard

Frank Gilbert Slinkard, born June 4, 1963, is an American attorney and libertarian blogger. Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Slinkard resides in Wisconsin, and is admitted to the bar in Pennsylvania and Wisconsin.

Slinkard is editor and publisher of Slinkard Review, an online journal of cyberspace law and policy. He publishes the companion Cyberspace Law Blog and Podcast.

Slinkard was graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, with specialization in Political Theory, in 1985. He completed his undergraduate thesis on the concept of reflective equilibrium in John Rawls's Theory of Justice. He received a Master of Arts in Government from the College of William and Mary in Virginia, completing his master's thesis on Grotius's Introduction to the Jurisprudence of Holland, in 1992. Slinkard received his law degree from the Cornell Law School, with specialization in public law, in 1990.
