Frank E. Flowers is director and writer from the Cayman Islands. He is a graduate of the University of Southern California School of Cinema-Television, Film Writing Program.
His debut with the short film Swallow - which aired on cable channel HBO from the fall of '03 to the fall of '06.
Went on to write and direct Haven.
