Frank Cignetti

Frank Cignetti was the head football coach for the West Virginia University from 1976 to 1979. His record at West Virginia stands at 17-27, but his real success lied in Division 2 football. He coached the Indiana University of Pennslvania to a 182-49-1 record. He guided IUP to 28 postseason appearances which is a Division 2 coaching record. In 1991 he was the National Division 2 coach of the year.
