Francolise is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Caserta in the Italian region Campania, located about 40 km northwest of Naples and about 25 km northwest of Caserta. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 4,918 and an area of 40.7 km2.[1]
Francolise borders the following municipalities: Calvi Risorta, Carinola, Falciano del Massico, Grazzanise, Pignataro Maggiore, Sparanise, Teano.
