Francisco Ulises Rojas (born 22 July 1974) is a Chilean football defender.
He was capped 31 times for the Chilean national team between 1995 and 2005, including three games at the 1998 FIFA World Cup.
His common nickname is "Murci", shortage of "Murcielago" (Bat in Spanish).
