Francis A. Walker

Francis Austin Walker was an Alberta provincial politician from 1905 to 1926. He represented the Alberta Liberal Party from 1905 to 1921 in the district of Victoria.
In the six elections he ran in, he was acclaimed twice, the second time he was acclaimed under section 38 of the election act for service during World War I. He was defeated in his final two attempts for office.
In 1921 William Fedun of United Farmers of Alberta knocked him out of office, when his party swept into power. He tried to regain his seat in 1926 but came a close second.
