Frances Castle (born February 12, 1966 in Kingston upon Thames, England) is an artist and musician.

In 1999 she was one of the thirteen founding members of the Stuckists, a pro-painting group co-founded by Charles Thomson and Billy Childish.

She has exhibited regularly with the group and was a featured artist in the 2004 show The Stuckists Punk Victorian at the Walker Art Gallery, Liverpool.
