Fr. Conceicao Rodrigues Institute of Technology (FrCRIT),Vashi (also popularly known as Fr. Agnel) is a private non-autonomous engineering institute in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

It is affiliated to University of Mumbai and is an 'A' grade college(awarded by the Government of Maharashtra).It has been approved by the AICTEAll India Council for Technical Education. The institute has received accreditation from National Board of Accreditation (NBA)[[1]], Delhi for 3 years (2006-07,07- 08,08-09) .

Currently it has 5 branches of Bachelor of Engineering .
