Fox Run Mall
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The Fox Run Mall is a shopping mall in Newington, New Hampshire, just north of Portsmouth. Its main anchor stores include JCPenney, Macy's Men's Children's & Home (formerly Jordan Marsh), Macy's Women's (formerly Filene's) and Sears. The mall has over 100 stores all on one level. Completed in 1983, this mall functioned mainly as a successor to the smaller and dated Newington Mall, which has since been converted into a big box retail center.
The mall is located just off Route 4 and the Spaulding Turnpike. Unlike the Pheasant Lane Mall and the Mall at Rockingham Park, which strategically draw a significant portion of their customer base from Massachusetts citizens wishing to take advantage of New Hampshire's lack of sales tax, this mall is in close proximity to the state of Maine, and naturally, receives a substantial amount of business from Maine residents.
Fox Run Mall is managed by Jones Lang Lasalle.
