The Fourteenth Street Bridge, also known as the Ohio Falls Bridge, Pennsylvania Railroad Bridge or the Conrail Railroad Bridge, is a truss bridge in Louisville, Kentucky.
Built in 1868 by the Louisville Bridge and Iron Company, the bridge was created for railroad traffic across the Ohio River between Louisville and Clarksville, Indiana. The bridge is now operated by the Louisville and Indiana Railroad.
One interesting feature of this bridge is that a portion can be raised and lowered as river barge traffic enters or exits the canal near the McAlpine Locks and Dam.
