  • Description: Map showing world states divided into presidential and non presidential systems of government and electoral democracies. Countries that have a presidential system and are considered electoral democracies are shown in blue, those that are not in red. Non presidential systems of government that are considered electoral democracies are shown in dark grey and those that are not in light grey.
  • Source: This is my own work combining information from Image:Freedom House electoral democracies 2006.png and Image:Form of government.png with particular emphasis on countries where the Presidential system is the form of government.
