FortuneCity (http://www.fortunecity.com) is a webhosting service that has been offering free web space since 1997. Achieved some limited fame when it collaborated with Warner Bros. to create a community called AcmeCity, which allowed users to create a web site using WB characters, logos, etc. without infringing on copyright.
