Fort Wingate

Fort Wingate is a rocket launching site for the testing of military rockets in the United States at 35°28'4" northern latitude and 108°32'26" western longitude. It is located in New Mexico.
In Fort Wingate Redstone and the Pershing-1 rockets were tested among other things. The site was first used in 1918.
