Foresto Sparso is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Bergamo in the Italian region Lombardy, located about 60 km northeast of Milan and about 20 km east of Bergamo. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 2,983 and an area of 7.7 km².^[1]

Foresto Sparso borders the following municipalities: Adrara San Martino, Berzo San Fermo, Entratico, Villongo, Zandobbio.
