Force is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Ascoli Piceno in the Italian region Marche, located about 70 km south of Ancona and about 15 km northwest of Ascoli Piceno. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 1,565 and an area of 34.2 km².^[1]

Force borders the following municipalities: Comunanza, Montefalcone Appennino, Montelparo, Palmiano, Rotella, Santa Vittoria in Matenano, Venarotta.
