Follow The Reaper is the third album by the Finnish melodic death metal band Children of Bodom. The band's style in this release differs from the neo-classical approach of the Hatebreeder album (though much of it still remains), and a sound more heavily influenced by power metal presents itself. It is considered by many of the band's fans to be Children of Bodom's best album, which differs much from Alexi Laiho's own idea: He recently said on an interview that he disliked it the most under their albums.[citation needed]
