Foglight Experience Viewer captures and replays Web traffic. It captures all web sessions in their entirety and is used by service-desk personnel to review problems by locating and replaying the user’s session in their browser. It provides filtering, alerting, and querying on the captured traffic. Foglight Experience Viewer is implemented as an appliance that includes the hardware and software. It can use multiple appliances to handle large transaction volume from multiple web servers. The product can be used for SOAP traffic in addition to interactive web traffic.
