Fluting On The Hump (Shimmy Disc 003 1987) is the first King Missile album and lays down the blueprint for their own particular abstract style of music (i.e. veering from the humorous to the disturbed). Vocals are generally spoken word and the musical content is occasionally melodic but cacophony is never far away.
