Region 2 is one of the 10 regions that New York City's public school system is divided into. The current superintendent is Laura Rodriguez. As with all regions in New York City, Region 2 sends one parent representative, selected by PTA officers for a two-year term, to the Citywide High School Council.

Region 2 contains the following school districts:
