[edit] FSU '98 and '99
Florida State could not have won the Florida Cup in '98 or '99 for two reasons: (1) Miami and Florida didn't play each other in either of those years (the 2000 Sugar Bowl meeting was the first game between the teams since 1987); and (2) the Florida Cup did not exist until 2002.
