The Jaguars began to make their mark in all aspects of district competitions, including athletics, academic and artistic. Flower Mound High School has already received outstanding recognition in many areas and we know this is just the beginning of a long history of accomplishments.
In 2003, our stadium was "open for business" to all levels of athletic competition.
This year's story remains to be written. We believe that under our principal, Jack Clark, the accomplishments of our students will continue to lead the school district.
[edit] Trivia
Unlike many towns where the first high school is named after the community and subsequent schools take other names, FMHS is actually the second high school built in Flower Mound. The first is Marcus High School.
Flower Mound recently beat Marcus 30-17 in the Mound Showdown, October 13th, 2006, at Texas Stadium in Irving. This is the 4th year in a row that Flower Mound has beat Marcus.
