State Road 500 is a major state highway running through Florida. From Indialantic to Kissimmee, it is U.S. Highway 192. From Kissimmee to Ocala, it is U.S. Highway 441. From Ocala to Williston, it is U.S. Highway 27. From Williston to Chiefland, it is U.S. Highway 27 Alternate.
