State Road 373 is an east-west route in Tallahassee, Florida, along Orange Street between State Road 371 and State Road 61.

The route continues eastwards along Orange Street as (poorly-signed) Leon County Road 373 until it reaches Blair Stone Road, which it turns north onto and runs reaching US 27/Apalachee Parkway.

The route may also have formerly run south along Springhill Road to State Road 267 in Wakulla County.
