State Road 265 is a short north-south route in Tallahassee.

FL 265 runs along Magnolia Street from US 27 (Apalachee Parkway) north to Seventh Avenue, crossing US 90 (Mahan Drive). The road continues south to State Road 61 (Monroe Street) as Leon County Road 265.

North of Seventh Avenue, the road continues as former State Road 151.
