Flo is an ex-showcar who owns Radiator Springs' only gas diner ("Flo's V-8 Café") and is married to Ramone, the town's body artist. Flo's coat is light green. She is voiced by Jenifer Lewis.

- Flo is a 1957 Motorama show car. Her appearance and attitude resembles the African-American girl groups and performers of the 1950's and 1960's such as The Supremes, Martha Reeves and the Vandellas, and The Marvelettes.
- Flo bears a resemblance to Al McWhiggin's car in Toy Story 2.
- Apparently, in the deleted scenes, Ramone says to Flo when he decides not to paint her, "I said no, baby. I can't paint you. I can't touch a classic." He was telling Lightning of how they met.
- Flo's license plate reads "SHOGRL", the same as the license plates applied to many Motorama show cars, and an obvious pun on the term "showgirl".
