The Flight Attendants & Related Services Association (FARSA) is a national trade union in New Zealand. It represents flight attendants at Jetconnect Long & Short Haul, Mt Cook, Freedom Air, Air Nelson, Air NZ Pacific and Air NZ Long Haul.

FARSA is affiliated with the New Zealand Council of Trade Unions and the International Transport Workers' Federation.
