Flemington, New South Wales

Flemington is a suburb of Sydney, in the state of New South Wales, Australia. The suburb of Homebush West was once known as Flemington, named for one of original land grantees John Fleming. Particularly since the establishment of Sydney Markets at Flemington in 1975, the residential district has become known as Homebush West. The railway station which services this district is called Flemington railway station. This suburb is fully located within the Local Government Area of Strathfield Municipality.

Flemigton is well known for its marketplace, Paddy's Market, which sells items such as clothing, Jewellery and Fresh Produce
