Description

Flag of the Napoleonic Italian Republic (August 20, 1802 – March 1805) — For use on land.

The code has been written from scratch, according to the SVG 1.1 specification and W3C recommendations. Unfortunately, I had to remove the title element, because of the issue described at Village pump archive - Problems Uploading SVG Files


Multilingual section

  • English: Flag of the Repubblica Italiana Napoleonica, adopted on August 20, 1802. This was for use on land; the sea flag had a similar design but a 3:8 ratio.

  • Italiano: Bandiera della Repubblica Italiana Napoleonica, adottata il 20 agosto 1802. Per l'uso in mare esisteva una bandiera simile nel disegno ma dalle proporzioni di 3:8.
